Here at the Roebuck we serve truly traditional pub grub, scrumptious desserts and Sunday roasts built on meaningful & productive relationships with our suppliers, allowing us to create seasonally changing menus which are both locally sourced and focused on sustainability.
Working with the Sustainable Restaurant Association and World Wide Fund for Nature we also create a monthly One Planet Plate – a dish which highlights its sustainable properties and the incredible work of our suppliers, Gill Wing Farm and Southbank Fresh Fish. £1 from each of these dishes is donated to the WWF.
