As the saying goes, 'whatever grows together, goes together'. Over the years we have built meaningful & productive relationships with our suppliers to create a seasonally changing menu which is both sourced locally and concentrates on sustainability. The majority of our meat is supplied by Gill Wing, an organic free range farm in Eridge, Sussex, less than an hour away from Borough. The remainder is from The Butchers Block, just a short cycle away from our pub.

We serve truly traditional pub grub, scrumptious desserts and Sunday roast with all the trimmings.

Monday - Friday : 12pm - 2.30pm and 5pm - 10pm
Saturday : 12pm - 4pm and 5pm - 10pm
Sunday: 12pm - 9pm
