About Us:
The Roebuck could well be one of Borough’s best kept secrets. Independently owned and loved by the locals, The Roebuck offers a broad selection of beers and ales from around the world, a freshly prepared menu full of locally sourced produce, an easy going atmosphere and a friendly welcome as standard.
Tucked away at the leafier end of Great Dover Street, The Roebuck balances being a little bit off the beaten track with being incredibly easy to get to: Borough tube is less than a five minutes stroll away, whilst a ten minute quickstep brings you from either Elephant & Castle or London Bridge.
Built to imposing Victorian proportions, the large, airy pub boasts an incredible upstairs function room, packed with period fixtures and an indeterminate charm.
